TGHNA ONLINE ADVERTISING POLICY Click here to place your ad  All online advertisements and online advertisement requests are subject to any and all policies governing this site including, but not exclusively, the terms appearing on this page.  All artwork must be camera ready, correctly sized, correctly formatted, and ready to use or additional charges may apply. Additional charges Programming and artwork for the ads must be in our format.  If you do not have your own artwork, if you need help editing existing advertising media, or if you just need to make your ad conform to our standards, you will be directed to an independent, separate entity which can handle this.  You will be charged in accordance with their practices and policies.  The current price is $64/hour, with a one hour minimum per assignment and the remainder billed in quarter-hour increments. This service consists of up to three parts:   Style & Design: Create the look you want to apply to both current ad campaigns as well as future ones   Keep it current: Building your next message from your own ad template will help keep future advertisement creation costs down as well as quick and easy to compose   Sizing the ad, image, and message for display on towergroveheights.com: This format is optimal for most other websites as well. The above list is not inclusive of any and all charges which may apply.  Again, only ad placement is available through the Tower Grove Heights Neighborhood Association.  Advertisement creation and editing is handled by an independent, separate entity.   Editorial policy The Tower Grove Heights Gazette editorial staff reserves the right to reject any advertisement considered to be inconsistent with the purposes and goals of the Tower Grove Heights Neighborhood Association ("TGHNA"). The ads are also subject to the terms of the website's disclaimers and policies After you place an order, (TGHNA) will determine whether or not to fill the order. TGHNA may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all applicable terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site. TGHNA reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or service, or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this site. By placing your order, you agree that TGHNA's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to TGHNA or its independent contracting organizations for the service and/or product which gave rise to TGHNA's liability.   Order policy All payments are due upon receipt of notice.  Upon amounts not paid when due, the customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including litigation fees and attorney's fees. A customer collection fee will be charged on all dishonored checks. A 20% processing fee may be charged on all returned services and products Due to fulfillment costs, order cancellations must be made as soon as possible. Once fulfillment of your request has begun a full refund will not be possible. Charges will not be refunded for portions of your order request for which processing has begun. Unless otherwise stated on the face thereof, stated prices do not include any customer duties, sales, use, excise, value added, federal, state, local, or other taxes. Payment of all such duties or taxes shall be paid by the customer, or the customer shall provide the vendor with an appropriate tax exemption certificate. Licensing / Use policy All products and services rendered for an additional charge, as described above, remain the property of Richard Wendel ("licensor"). The customer ("licensee") retains no more than a limited licensing interest in all items rendered or created.  The license extends to the use of products and services on the TGHNA website unless otherwise specified in a written agreement agreed to by and signed by both the licensee and the licensor.
