  • The troupe is available for games, skits, theater, improv, storytelling, and problem-solving and team building exercises
  • Improv at St. John's Episcopal, 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month (time)
    • Family-oriented material for an interactive audience
    • Sodas & chips provided

Pastor Teresa for St. John's Episcopal Church

  • They are making their space available for functions
  • They are still growing
    • Membership and pledges have grown 300% in the last six months
    • Now three Sunday services: 8am, 10am, and 11:15

Adam Pashea for Erato Wine Bar

  • Run by Adam & Tim Foley
  • A selection of 85 wines are available by the glass or the bottle
  • Cheese, desserts, coffee, liqueurs, beers, and specialty drinks are also available
  • Private & open wine tastings
  • They will open the Dickmann Building's rooftop terrace this summer
  • Live entertainment will also be available soon

Alderwoman Jennifer Florida

  • Maxim's Dinner Theater: opening in April
  • Grand @ Winnebago: 10 new market priced homes completed, with 15 more planned
    • McDonald's wants to move across the street
  • National Bank building condos will soon begin building a demo condo
  • Speed bump cobblestones: the City is testing a new, "friendlier" stone configuration
  • 20 worst alleyways are scheduled to be paved in 2005
  • Candidate Forum by 15th Ward Democrats: February 7th, 7pm at Grand Oak Hill Center (4168 Juniata)

Liz Fleming for Grand South Grand House Tour

  • April 16th - 17th; this year the funds will go for plants the flower boxes in the new medians on S. Grand
  • They need 2 more homes for the tour and one more house captain
  • They also need room volunteers; each home shown has a volunteer in each displayed room for the duration of the tour

Michelle Maples for South Grand Community Improvement District

  • "King of Hearts" will be appearing at Wyoming and S. Grand on February 12th; photos for kids of all ages are $2
  • Mokabee's is expanding their dining area
  • Lemongrass restaurant will be relocating to the old St. Louis Wok location in the spring
  • Le Petit Paris is now closed, but a new eatery is expected at that location soon
  • Improvements are continuing at Philip's 66
  • www.towergrovechurch.org is currently under construction; this will list all neighborhood church info
  • South Grand CID now has their office at 3201A S. Grand
