code violations

National Bank (Grand & Gravois) project: construction
permits have been applied for to renovate the building

The Old Post Office on Hartford just
West of Grand will soon open as a locally owned sports
bar. It will soon be applying for its liquor
license
- Parking lot behind
Commerce Bank: no progress has been made in making the
site available as a parking lot for the business
district. While the bank is plans to use the land
for condos, the City is beginning procedures to resolve
the issue using eminent domain proceedings
